This entails coordinating the activities of 50+ staff members, producing approximately $1.2B worth of secured sales work, identifying best practices and creating a more efficient / Lean culture within the department.

Cobb County Superior Courthouse

Led the Design/Build team of Turner/POH, for the entire project from preconstruction through construction and warranty for this $55M county project.

Atlanta, GA

Led the preconstruction efforts for the Atlanta office, both estimating and purchasing.

Atlanta City Courts Facility - Lenwood Jackson Memorial Courthouse

Led the Design/Build/Finance team of Turner/Mitchell/OLH, for the entire project from preconstruction through construction and warranty for this $60M county project.

Atlanta, GA

Performed the duties of Project Engineer on multiple projects, over a 5 year time period, most notably the D/B VA Regional Office and Turner Entertainment Group's A&B 1000 buildings on their Techwood Campus.

Carolina Panthers Stadium

Managed the field operations for the 3rd and 4th floors of the Panthers Stadium, the suite levels, including Jerry Richardson's suite. This included all aspects of the work ie; coordination, safety, quality, schedule and payment for all trades involved on those floors, approximately $80M of volume.

Performed the duties of Cost Engineer on several projects over a 2 year time period, most notably Gund Arena and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
