Technical Inventory Asset Management

• Lead Team of 5 Engineers responsible for management of Networked Events in the largest theatre network footprint in the United States.• Events included HD Live, HD “Store and Forward”, and SD Live events.• Clients included The Metropolitan Opera, Garth Brooks, Rod Stewart, Linkin Park, St. Olaf, Pink Floyd, and corporate entities HSBC, SBC, and Hasbro.• Integrated the NCM “CBN” network, adding hundreds of theatres to the NCM footprint.• Collaborated with DISH Network / EchoStar to supervise installations and resolve issues during CBN upgrade and special events.• Managed theatre network and distribution of TRP files to thousands of theatres across the U.S. including AMC, Cinemark, United Artists, and independent theatres.• Managed remote access theater monitoring system including digital projectors, HD satellite receivers and file playout systems for over one thousand theatres across the North America.

• Managing Operations team responsible for monitoring and frontline troubleshooting of local channel markets and video services on the world’s largest privately owned ATM network.• Established and maintained relationships with numerous network fiber service providers which led to quicker response times and fewer outages.• Responsible for the operational implementation of DIRECTV’s local market initiative. Local markets under operational control grew from 22 to 130 in less than one year utilizing existing personnel resources. Acted as liaison between Programming, Operations, and Marketing in support of local market launches.• Recipient of DIRECTV Leadership Award• VSC Transition Team member responsible for the transition of the operation of the ATM network activities Video Service Center (NOC) from vendor to internal business, including employee relocations, design reviews, and process transitions. • Strategic liaison between CRBC Leadership and IRCG Consultant Group.
