Duties: I am the (Lead Sector Auditor) for Government Property for the Joint Contracting Command-Iraq/Afghanistan, PARC-Reconstruction.I am responsible for Contract Support to the Government Property Administrator for all Government Property under contract, which is in excess of Five Billion Dollars. I am responsible for following work and technical direction assigned to me from the Government Property Administrator, and assisting in determining the audit schedule for all Government Property Control System Analysis. I am an Auditor for Government Property Control Systems Analysis, and make recommendations to the Government Property Administrator for the approval/disapproval of a Contractor’s Property Control System. I investigate and generate the documentation necessary for the Government Property Administrator to make a final determination regarding disposition of Property to the Contracting Officer. I am the Reviewer and technical investigator on all issues relating to Loss, Damage, or Destruction of Government Property. I am also the Contractor Support Assistant (CSA) for the GPA, on all Government Property issues. This includes, but not limited to, FAR Parts 45 and 52, DFARS, DoD Manual 4161.2-M, and all specific contract issues. I serve as the point of contact and advisor relative to Government Property Issues for the Public Works/Water Sector, Electrical Sector, Oil Sector, Facilities/Transportation Sector, and Security and Justice Sector of the Joint Contracting Command Iraq Afghanistan.I have currently been responsible for the completion of all Property Control System Analysis and initial review of Contractors in preparation for contract close-out. I have investigated, reviewed and submitted necessary documentation recommending actions regarding Thousands of Lost, Damaged or Destroyed (LDD) items of Government Property to the Government Property Administrator for his decision on liability to the Contractor.

Responsible for the timely Management regarding the Sensitive A2C2S Project and the requirements of accountability, requisitioning and the Operational Management of the Program....Assited the PM as necessary developing SOW's CDRLs etc etc....

Responsible for the timely Management of a "Duel" Repair and return program and a TOC Intergaration program regarding the 1st Cav Div at Ft Hood Texas...Acted as the Site Manager for both programs in the absence of the site managers....Additionally acted as the on-site Operations Manager and HR Manager when needed...Additionally responsible for the Logistical support to both programs

Responsible to the VP of the Power Management Group in attaining high results regarding the Hybrid Electric Technology being established for the Military HUMVEE and Commercial Vehicles....Additionally responsible for the daily operations and logistics associated with this project

Responsible for the daily activities of 70 personnel in the performance of duties in support of 26th and 35th BDE in the area if Maintenance and Supply Support to the Kuwait Army receiving the new M1A2 Abrams Battle Tank, M577A2 Command Tracks, M113A2 Personnel Carriers and the M88A2 Hercules Recovery Vehicle....Execution of duties were monumental as the colag of personnel were from Eygpt, India, Pakistan, Bangledesh and the United States
