I have handled many hundreds of office and retail leases, subleases, assignments, and other related commercial real estate transactions in almost every state in the United States. I also have a great deal of experience assisting clients with manufacturing/supply agreements and ensuring that their online legal presence (such as their terms of use and privacy policies) meet their needs and all legal requirements. I also serve as an on-call "general counsel" for dozens of clients who need periodic help with their general business law questions.

Co-Founded and built several business under the ClickShops umbrella. Activities included all aspects of business development, including employee matters, business strategy, online marketing, general counsel, leasing, and manufacturer relationships.

Represented several corporations as assistant outside general counsel, including Coldwater Creek (women's retailer), Panhandle State Bank, Bonner General Hospital, EPIS (software developer), Northern Lights (local electric co-op), Unicep Packaging, Healthcare Resource Group (healthcare staffing agency), and many others.Practice focused on general business development for business clients, but the largest part of the work was several years negotiating commercial leases for Coldwater Creek. I either directly negotiated or supervised the negotiation (by attorneys I hired) of over 400 leases in high-end malls and lifestyle centers across the United States.Left the firm to focus on personal business pursuits with ClickShops.
