I turned around a failing MRP/ERP application into a reliable system of work. I pinpointed the problems and led team to a successful transition to a new upgrade. Along with their growth, implemented EDI with 850 PO's / 855 PO Ack / 846 ASN / 810 Invoices, also Avatax implementations, Financial Reports, and many complex label formats including 2D bar codes. All within the QAD framework.I designed and implemented the strategy that fulfills the objectives, maximizes revenues, profits, and market share of the company while streamlining overall operations pertaining to business development, and customer service. I provided transparency of data that was locked into QAD tables for KPI metrics.I also played a pivotal role in vision building, goal setting, and restructuring of the organization along with client relationship management. I designed and developed Preventative Maintenance and Work Order software for extensive facilities and corporate headquarters. Clients included: MetroDome, Xcel Center, American Family Insurance, Federal Reserve Banks, Wells Fargo, and many property management companies. Healthcare clients' existing medical test equipment only provided raw results, leading to extended evaluations and many mistakes. Consulted with docs and manufacturers. Developed a new methodology using engineering principles from other applications. Over 4 months, produced software that integrated raw data output, computed results, and presented organized feedback.I consulted with senior management and strategic customers to get their input and led full project development life cycle leadership, requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and product delivery. New system entirely replaced the current and accepted the legacy databases. The client is currently selling upgrades to all 300 customers.Key Achievements:• Challenged with simplifying a complex client system (designed by CPA's) to run multiple insurance scenarios. Directed the design - and in 6 months, the production - of a system to automatically run proposals and store the output to a database. This system enabled the client to become a top producer in the insurance field.• Identified an opportunity to create custom software for Preventative Maintenance systems for large properties and facilities. Researched various software platforms. Created a durable framework and rapid process that was used in over 20 custom database applications. Sales exceeded $2M for this product to governments, Fortune 500 businesses, and sports facilities. This platform was the foundation for the company's products.
