I have worked all my life to get to the point where I could magnify the help and support for my fellow Americans, colleagues and friends worldwide. It is a very simple philosophy and I try to live it every day. First and foremost franchising, particularly in executive recruitment, has been the primary path to helping people achieve their goals and dreams, and in many cases exceed them. I started in recruitment in the USA with MRI and co founded a global executive recruiter which was sold to the Fortune 500 parent of MRI... a nice circle closing! Much of my career has been in executive recruitment which has opened doors to providing leaders, and in doing so participation and better and understanding of a wide range of businesses in the USA and globally. I reckon about 100,000 people have gotten great jobs though the franchisees and organizations I've been privileged to help build and lead. The primary reason for success in this field has been the terrific teams which supported our collective efforts, this was certainly not me alone. The best results have been enabling companies to become true market leaders and for people to find opportunities where they can do the best work of their lives.Most of all, this path has enabled me to gather people together and participate in giving back to America through civic, charitable and political efforts. I just love 'pushing the boat away from the dock, standing back and watching people do more and give more back than they ever thought possible.This journey continues today in many forms and ways!
