Through organic growth and developed relationships the focus of my business efforts have changed and my energies and expertise have found more value in the vast, yet still personal, landscape of the insurance property loss market. Property Loss and Damage from severe weather perils, fires that have proven fatal at times, failure of plumbing system components, and other major building systems, as well as defective construction is very personal to those who have to experience these devastating events.Experience and knowledge gained from 12 years focused in Construction Defect Litigation matters on projects with repair cost estimates ranging upwards of $30 million has proven invaluable to my current efforts.With a growing focus on damage assessments, complex repair scopes, repair cost estimates and the settlement of claims through the alternative dispute resolution process known as Appraisal I've seen my path to a more personally satisfying pursuit. I've developed an excellent reputation as a very knowledgeable, extremely competent and fair-minded professional in alternative dispute resolution of property insurance loss disputes between the carrier and the policyholders.I've developed a track record of success reaching agreements and awards that are not only fair but greatly improved the policy holders final indemnification for their loss.I don't believe in the antagonistic, adversarial approach to dispute resolution that many take and believe wholeheartedly in the concept and implementation of the theory of equitable parties.
