While working for BOB, I was able to provide database development including 4 Microsoft Access and VBA implementations, the last of which interfaced with a product recall website in which the data was duplicate checked between call in and the web submissions, verification of strollers affected, parts ordered, inventory control automated, accounting system interface automated, shipping interface automated, and provided reporting in line with government requirements, in essence, everything from the time the customer called in, to the time the product reached their door was automated and tracked through my system. I also oversaw and implemented several network upgrades along with the installation of a new phone system that boosted company efficiency and maintained the day to day technology needs of the company while interfacing with many different departments within the company daily.

During my time with Luminore, I supported the day to day technical operations of the company including the automation of several different CRM or Customer Relationship Management programs used to move thousands of leads through a somewhat lengthy sales cycle with a small 4 person sales staff. I also supported the company’s marketing efforts in print, online, and at tradeshows.

My time at BRE included supporting the day to day technical operations and needs of the companies 100 + independently contracted real estate agents across 3 offices. Responsibilities included client/server configuration and support, network diagnostics and upgrades (switches, routers, etc.) company backups, maintenance of two T1 lines for Wan/Lan functions, and the companies PBX system.

I was also responsible for 5 computer labs spread across 4 buildings and one satellite campus. I was also the lead technician on the research and implementation of the school's Distance Learning program known today as Blackboard, a program that is in use by colleges and universities worldwide including Boise State University here locally.
