Moore is a top 32 Mechanical Contractor in the U.S.Doug was the former executive leader of multiple talent functions for all Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield (now Elevate) owned organizations during their peak growth years. He successfully served in this role from October 2001 (pre-IPO) to November 2017 based on multiple measurements.Doug was part of the continuous growth over a 16 year span that resulted into Anthem becoming a top Fortune 30 company and one of the largest health insurers in the United States, with operating revenue of over $84 billion and more than 53,000 employees. He lead a 70+ HR organization that helped the company to consistently experience YOY record EPS and record membership. At the time of his departure, Anthem had over 36 million medical members and 68 million individuals using their products. Hiring over 12k new employees a year with single digit overall turnover.Doug has diverse experience in successfully leading areas of HR to meet present and future business requirements. Doug joined Anthem in 2001 as Director of Talent Acquisition and was promoted to the role of Vice President in 2005.
