- Triaging patients when they are in dire need of care (emergency goes straight into the ER room) while communicating with clients on the first initial assessment.- Discussing plans with pet owners that were authorized by the veterinarian.- Coordinating delicate cases (end-of-life) to facilitate veterinarians role during this difficult moment.

Learning from the dermatologist and residents through various Dermatology cases and species. Understanding the complexity of skin diseases and medicine drive me to learn more.
