I moved to Northern New York in 2018 to reunite with my children after two years commuting regularly from Washington DC, while working on Megaphone. Frazer was a local opportunity in the area. I was their first product hire, and conceived and built a formalized product management organization which continues to grow in size and scope. My employment there ended amidst the pandemic. The Frazer DMS platform includes POS, payments, accounting, CRM, inventory management, and other features that make up a comprehensive management solution for independent car dealers.In addition to spearheading and executing major digital transformation initiatives across the organization, we iterated the existing platform and added a number of big new features and integrations. Our team also built and shipped a mobile payments solution, an automotive marketplace similar to autotrader.com, API endpoints, and the foundations of a web-based replacement for the flagship DMS during my tenure.

As one of two PMs leading strategy and feature teams for megaphone.fm and pinna.fm, I worked with creators and advertising partners to bring their content together and to deliver over a billion ad impressions to listeners all over the world. I'm very proud of the elegant UX the team brought to our Ruby/React/Heroku platform, and the holistic high quality and conceptual integrity of our customer experience. I was also responsible for managing our proposal process and for writing proposal content for global media brands.

CommonWell is a national electronic medical record interoperability API platform built, managed, and hosted by RelayHealth, a subsidiary of McKesson. As a Senior PM, I managed feature teams to deliver administrative interfaces and endpoints for the platform, produced roadmaps and product marketing content, and managed task groups and relationships with competitive partners to author FHIR-based specifications for the platform.
