I work with senior stakeholders at Fortune 500 clients, globally, helping them to develop and improve their innovation and commercialization practices. Clients include DuPont, The Estee Lauder Companies, Fidelity Investments, The Hershey Company, Intel Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, Metlife, and The Procter & Gamble Company.More recently, I have helped clients apply cloud-based and SasS-based approaches to crowd-sourced ideation and product management as they look to increase profitability through new-to-market and new-to-world offers. Earlier in my career, I led the strategic planning activities for a major provider of software and hardware to clients in the media & entertainment space. I also co-founded a software company focused on helping companies adopt value stream mapping as a means to improving their operations. The company, eVSM, continues to thrive to this day. My focus was engaging early adopters on product-market fit. As an author I captured my experiences working on the fuzzy front end through the Innovation Architecture series.
