As Vice President, Integrated Operations for Turner Construction. I strive to foster and develop a culture where all people feel they are part of something extraordinary. Over 40 years ago, I began my career working in the trades and since then I have continued to foster a culture of collaboration and caring for my teammates in all that I do. I work with Turner’s project teams and department leadership to instill a lean and safe culture, identify areas for process improvements in the work environment, support the personal wellbeing of my teammates and demonstrate active caring. At Turner, we believe that when we have a community on the jobsite that is actively caring for each other, we are safer.
