Created and executed business development and sales strategies across all Intel's lines of business in China. Specifically chartered to develop and implement a strategic engagement with emerging cloud service providers (Tencent, Alibaba, and Baidu) and a comprehensive online/offline retail strategy to improve Intel’s retail market position. Architected a cohesive, foundational strategic engagement with TAB, coordinating engagement commitments across 5+ lines of business and supporting exponential customer growth. Designed, developed and executed an innovative go-to-market online/offline retail sales strategy. Over three years the team grew retail MSS, raised ASP’s, and generated more than $3B in incremental revenue.

Built and lead a diverse cross-functional sales team during the formative years of the PRC Sales Geo. Leadership focus designing, hiring and developing talent for each of the organizations. In addition, tasked with establishing the China voice back into the global Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) and Product Divisions, ensuring that the market needs in China were incorporated into product roadmaps. Staffed and developed the Business Operations team from the ground up, supporting the creation of China as an independent sales geography. The organization was responsible for revenue management, market analysis, product strategies, product pricing, sales forecasting, and supply management across all products and customers in China. A key focus was establishing business processes and organizational capability to ensure controls were in place and institutionalized for deal pricing and revenue management.

Financial Controller in China for more than three years. Responsible for legal entity structure, statutory filings, tax and customs, operational support, risk management, and controls across seven major sites. Key accomplishments during that time included spearheading the establishment of one of the first Regional HQ’s in China, a go West strategy and development of the Chengdu Assembly Test Facility, and the decision to land Intel’s first wafer fabrication plant in Dalian, China. During this growth cycle I designed and executed an organizational development plan that enabled the organization and the organizational leadership capabilities to scale with the business. Other finance roles were spread across factory financial controller and analyst roles in China, the Philippines and the United States.
