Instituted a comprehensive department professionalism and modernization program, to include implementing safety, facilities upgrade, fuel accountaiblity, property accountability, and emergency management programs for the City. Developed short and long term objectives, an annual calendar, work order management, and budget tracking and controls where none previously existed.

Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan

LOGCAP IV logistics support to US Forces. Oversees facilities, O&M, and life support services on a 20,000-person Camp in a combat zone, to include food service, billeting, laundry, MWR, water, fuel, HAZMAT, fire department, and vector control, with additional oversight of contracts and property accountability systems.
