SUMMARY:With over 30 years of experience as both police officer of 25 years and 7+ years as a private investigator has allowed me to gather a unique and expansive amount of investigative experience. This amounts to over twelve (12) years of documented full time law enforcement investigative experience working in and supervising the police department’s Special Investigations Unit to working in and supervising the entire Criminal Investigations Division for the police department. I doubt that there are many others that have my level of experience with a variety of individuals and personnel from Federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies. Having been successful in conducting large, multi-jurisdictional investigations has allowed me to maintain numerous contacts and resources with these agencies. I have specialized in and been extremely successful in conducting SIU, workers compensation and all types of insurance fraud investigations. I have a very high success rate in uncovering fraudulent and criminal activities. I am always trying to exceed the expectations of those I work for and with. I know that hard work, proper planning and a determination to conduct investigations with the highest ethical standards results in a very high rate of success. The ability to work as part of a team, either in a collaborative manner or remotely with minimal to no supervision, while being a great steward of my employer’s resources sets me apart from others. I believe in continuing education to stay current on all matters relative to new laws, trends and updated methods of investigations. I have a broad and in-depth knowledge and understanding of laws and Constitutional issues that affect how investigations should be conducted. Knowledge is power.
