This information is then presented in a web interface using best-of-breed visualization techniques.• Built and managed a team, including hiring, to develop a new application server monitoring product; released nine major versions and many more minor/patch releases over 13+ years.• Managed a global team, including 10 software engineers in Toronto, 5 QA staff in China, and 2 contractors in Russia to assist in a decrease of overall software development costs.• Achieved an extremely high employee retention rate by encouraging employee success through guidance of architecture, technical decisions, development processes, and career direction.• Inspired team members to create and develop performant code, appropriate architectures, maintainable code, and intuitive and unique information visualizations and user interface elements to differentiate our product in the market.• Ensured product releases were delivered in a predictable manner by providing consistent feedback to managers and other teams to communicate changes in features, priorities, or schedules.• Listed as an inventor for patent-pending Dynamic Instrumentation Technology, along with two primary developers.• Provided product training and assistance to the Support and Professional Services team.• Improved customer satisfaction by being directly involved in technical support for the most difficult or obscure problems.
