Sr. Director, Global Talent Acquisition
CurrentAct as a strategic global Human Resources leader, with responsibility for leading and empowering a global talent organization (China, EMEA, Costa Rica and U.S.) with an emphasis on building high performing teams and an inclusive culture. Partner and influence executives and key stakeholders across the business in driving and aligning talent acquisition strategies globally with our company objectives. Analyze and derive insights from data (metrics-driven) and strategically build a narrative that influences and advances business decisions. Oversee the Manages Services Provider (MSP) function for all temporary, contract, and consulting employees. Continue to demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, while continuing to establish credibility and trust with a diverse client group. Participate as a member of the Global Diversity, Engagement & Inclusion (DE&I) task force, while acting as the global lead for our new Talent Management platform, Gloat. Also oversee the global new hire orientation (NHO) program, as part of the overall candidate onboarding experience.Oversee regional Office Services consisting of Envoy/Openpath applications, office/cubicle and workplace hoteling functions, and emergency response system. Act as liaison with Facilities, EHS, and administrative staff to ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication in the regional facilities.Partner with corporate communications, including engaging in planning and implementation of global marketing, branding and social media programs. Involved with the planning and creation of strategies, tactics, activities, and materials to convey a positive marketing message to target audiences.
