CurrentSales and leadership of top management consulting engagements on topics such as technology transformation, org design, digital products, M&A, architecture evolution, strategic planning, etc. Selected experiences: • Card issuer: Defined the strategy to fully carve out the existing operation (business & technology) that ran inside a large retail bank, including the design of a core architecture for the new operation; • Payments Co: Conducted strategic and tech due diligence to assess a Brazilian payments platform company, which would serve as the foundation for the client to start a new acquiring operation in Brazil; • Retail Bank: Designed a new digital account and wallet targeting low-income segments, from value proposition to tech architecture; • Brazilian financial market infrastructure: Designed a new corporate strategy to make the FMI more relevant, including topics such as instant payments, crypto, and open banking before the regulatory initiatives from the Brazilian central bank (e.g. PIX and Open Finance); • Retail Bank: Designed an agile operating model for the bank’s open innovation program that involved selecting and mentoring multiple Fintechs (e.g. wearables for payment) to work with the bank; • Acquiring Bank: Led a program focused on mapping and solving strategic IT issues faced by the company, including Journey to Cloud, public APIs for partners, and better DevSecOps practices; • Global bank: Redesigned the customer data management strategy, recommending improvements from onboarding to compliance controls, focusing on increasing customer satisfaction, collections, and sales; • Media company: Shaped the technology-driven strategy to enable the company better facing the new competitors from a content perspective (e.g. Netflix) and ad sales perspective (e.g. Meta); • Private Equity: Performed strategic and tech due diligence to assess a large AgriTech that was expanding its IoT operations to the USA.
