As CCO, I head up a team of Creative Directors who have either recently joined or have been promoted from within our very talented studio.This year has been amazing with growth doubling for the third year running.'Smart Cookie' is the new kid on the block. We’ve grown and evolved from our previous incarnation as Mediastation. We’re still all about the latest tech, innovation and creativity; nothing’s changed regards our passion for delivering big ideas and challenging the possible, whilst delivering breathtaking productions for our Clients. We’re still independent with the pleasure of having worked on such Clients as American Airlines, BAE Systems, Universal, Diageo, Samsung, Intel, Tesco, Thomson Reuters, Thorn, Daikin, Chelsea FC, Unilever, RBC, Haribo, Disney, Electronic Arts, Red Bull and quite a lot more. So what's changed? We’ve grown significantly in numbers in the last year; people, financials, square metres and coffee consumed. We've got more expertise in all disciplines with a rapidly expanding management and client service team, but the same great passion and enthusiasm. We’ve a newly opened office in Dallas USA, so we’re extending our reach globally. With our beautiful creative at the forefront, we’re challenging beyond the technologically possible to the reason as to why and how; working with partners, we’re learning about the new and implementing this to enrich our thinking.However, some things never change.
