1) Administered supplier approval / disapproval / development for private and brand label suppliers in Asia and EMEA. Facilitated product migration, new product release and cost savings by provisioning project management resources to projects. Primary point of contact for all supplier negotiations.2) Resolved critical issues and oversaw high profile supplier/customer audits in Asia.

Motivated 3-shift, 210+-person production team for commercial, military and aerospace industries including plastic extrusion, connector and PCB assembly processes. Partnered with trade schools to develop setup mechanic internship. Managed operations planning.

In-sourced and organized a RF coaxial connector production line (1) and component fab lines (3) for aircraft relay products into two facilities. Designed physical layout, process documentation, training plan, and safety improvement plan while also serving as front-line manufacturing engineer and trainer for stamping, machining and brazing departments. Volunteered for second assignment as first was brought into normalcy.

1) Supervised maintenance, production, quality and materials departments of 70-press, 7-by-24 injection molding facility. Executed shut down of factory and transfer of people and processes to other facilities in North America.2) Strengthened team of 150+ production associates after expanding role to include computer-related connector assembly plant. Implemented data-based short and long-term planning process. Responsible for all personnel issues. 3) Improved output of 90+-person team. Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives. Member of Pennsylvania Governor’s Award-winning team based on Baldridge Criteria.

1) Coordinated resources for tooling repair and improvement. Created and championed set-up reduction team. Recommended and led reorganization of stamping department into team structure. Created systematic die improvement and maintenance program. Served on Orchestra-Style Leadership task force for division. 2) Completed multi-positional, multi-location training program including machine shop, supervision, computer-aided tool design, tool build and repair and material science.
