I oversee the project management ministry at Stadia including working directly with church planters to strategically plan the start of their church as well as overseeing Stadia's project management team. I oversee the coaching ministry at Stadia including the recruiting and training of coaches.

• Provide project management services for 9 to 12 church plants over the course of a year. • Develop custom launch plans, including action lists, timeline and budgets for new churches.• Coach church planters to help them make better decisions regarding the launch plan such as facility selection.• Maintain weekly communication with the church planter providing project analysis and administrative support.• Create reproducible resources that can be customized for church planters such as financial policies and staff handbooks.

• One of three founding pastors of LifePointe, a new church in Charlotte, NC. In the first two years LifePointe averages 250 in attendance and has seen 61 baptisms.• Share in preaching, teaching and pastoral duties of the church including starting new small groups and crisis counseling.• Oversee administrative areas including: design and distribution of monthly newsletter, maintenance and data entry of People Driven Software, bulk mailings, maintenance of website, insurance coverage, oversight and implementation of launch plan. • Lead and manage the development of the children’s ministry including recruiting and training of 40 volunteers, special events, writing of curriculum, supervised and directed staff of 5 pastors and 25 volunteers to plan and implement kids’ summer camp.• Initiated multiple outreach events including working with local schools to provide a community movie night which saw 200 kids and adults from the community in attendance, and negotiated with local businesses to implement a community pet friendly event.
