Bumper/Facia/Grille Engineering Zerv/ L234/ L232/ C223/ T1XX • Utilize A side surface from the studio and develop for initial manufacturing/tooling/cost concepts • Develop B side offset and mounting design concepts• Collaborate with engineers in areas of concern and propose design ideas• Release design studies to T/c for the team to review• Attend design reviews with the team (eng/studio)• Develop Prototype and Production model to release to T/c. IA’s/ sub-assemblies / components / common files / wave files

HVACCatia V5 Solid Modeling/Drawings Plastic/Rubber/ Steel • Primary responsibility: Develop preliminary data for the concept group, component selection and position to suit the environment package, develop in stages for production release • Design kinematic concepts for door movement and performance of HVAC• Coordinate with counterparts around the world and the team at Behr America/Mahle on design studies also lining them up with the work that needs to be done overnight and returned the next day for work to be reviewed • Task includes: Gathering and organizing data from the customer for the basic package area • Studying package files in comparison to HVAC unit• Developing a Catia Solid model for allowed package space with consideration to tooling and cost• Developing Catia 2-D GD&T drawings for Prototype/Production Quotes and Production release• Working with suppliers transferring data, and timing/pricing issues involving the Catia data • Mentor employees with Catia and Manufacturing process • Integral member of team to develop new ideals for better design
