Ability to establish and manage professional team through feasibility, design and construction stages of a project. • Design & Build – significant experience in the design and project management of new build commercial buildings for a variety of clients, including developers and occupiers.• Development and Construction Monitoring – extensive track record of providing monitoring and risk management advice to both occupiers and funders, including design and project management of tenant fit out works.• Dilapidations – Expertise in strategic advice to Landlords and Tenants on exit strategy, preparation and negotiation of dilapidation schedules. • Acquisition Surveys and Technical Due Diligence – Significant experience of surveying and reporting on all types of buildings for investors, owner occupiers or prospective tenants. Advice provided relating to risk, material life, liability and practical solutions to issues arising.• Workplace Consultancy and Fit out/Move Management – Experienced in understanding the needs and requirements of corporate occupiers, advising on space requirements, space planning, design and project management for range of industrial and office occupiers. • PPM – Provided strategic long term advice on maintenance and material life cycle for significant private sector portfolios.Key Achievements • Lead contact for building consultancy service line in Scotland
