Responsible for the development of new business proposal schedules and active EPC project Level III schedules. Standardized and implemented Primavera work breakdown structure, working calendars, activity user codes, resource definitions, schedule layouts and standard reports. Duties included maintenance and updates of schedules, prepare work recovery plans, cost estimating, personnel schedules, productivity analysis, earned hour percent complete, and estimates to complete. Earned and established a great reputation, trust and confidence by company executives and project management team through dedication, integrity, and successful results.
