Identify, analyze, and repair failures on all digital high-speed imagers providing feedback to reduce mean failure rates by 11%. Assist with equipment testing and repair procedures during production and design phases. Estimate labor and material costs and order replacement parts as needed. Provide technical support and assistance throughout the US and Europe for all Ultrasound Biomicroscopy (UBM) technology and photoacoustic pulsed laser light in vivo hybrid imaging systems. Perform first line support activities including system installations and upgrades, custom configurations, troubleshooting, bug reporting and other site services. Analyze and track compiled troubeshooting information to develop trend reports and reccomend corective actions. Certify prcedures and tooling to maintain compliance.

Provide preventive maintenance, service, upgrades and support on location to all ultrasound and CT guided cryosurgical equipment. Contribute technical phone support to keep travel costs at a minimum while maintaining excellent customer service. Present detailed feedback and suggestions with regard to continuous improvement in products and processes. Conduct failure analysis to determine root cause of malfunctions. Review documents to insure technical requiremnets are met and provide detailed progress reports.

Assist customers with step-by-step troubleshooting and operation of patient monitoring and telemetry products, including wireless LAN. Document and prepare troubleshooting guides and customer site surveys. Recommend equipment repairs and upgrades down to board level.
