Maximum Graphics - a commercial printer - had invested early in digital four color printing with little success. My position was focused on the development and evolution of the organization in conjunction with the vision of the President/CEO. During this tenure I grew new business and negotiated agreements resulting in $5 million in annual agency sales. Key to this development and evolution was the development of internal graphic design capabilities creating greater influence on client strategies and fueling growth in our client base.

My vast experience gained at CMG provided me the foundation for my marketing experience today. While there, I never turned down a challenge. Whether we needed to build an executive inquiry system requiring me to learn SQL, or winning back a defecting client with a new technology I loved the challenge. Along the way, I built my knowledge of channel marketing, employee engagement solutions, sales incentives, and co-op marketing solutions.
