Workshops: The EI4Change Team take a pragmatic approach to assisting the individual to develop emotional intelligence for enhanced personal awareness and to grow greater inter-personal effectiveness in relationships. Workshop topics delivered over the last few years cover many aspects of emotional intelligence including leadership styles, empathy, motivation, stress management, resilience, empowerment, mindfulness and achieving personal potential.Change Programmes: Because emotional Intelligence provides the DNA of relationships, which are themselves endemic to change, we facilitate self-awareness and assist in cultivating 'moments of insight'​. This in turn creates a new 'focus'​ and 'power' both for the individual and for teams to learn and for organisations to embrace change programmes.
