Currently the Project Engineer for the DSW and Multi-Tenant Buildings at the Ritchie Station Court shopping plaza. Project duties include, but are not limited to, the following:- RFI Processing- Submittal Review- LEED Documentation- Project Close Out

• Design and coordinate site layout, grading, and utility connections for various public and private clients.• Design erosion and sediment control and stormwater management practices to meet all current Maryland Department of the Environment standards.• Apply for and obtain all applicable permits from various county and state government agencies throughout Maryland.• Develop construction drawings and specifications for various project types ranging from private multi-use high rise apartment buildings to public regional parks.• Provide construction administration services including review of contractor submittals as well as RFI reviews and responses.

Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for the purpose of developing and updating floodplains for Flood Insurance Rate Maps.

· Compiled data and assisted with construction documentation in the ECMS system. · Worked on construction site under supervision of PennDOT and consulting Engineers · Completed inspection of work performed by contractors to determine compliance with construction specifications.

Assisted team members with site improvement projects including lot layout, grading and plan generation. Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009 and Land Desktop 2006.
