As Founder and dual CEO & CFO, I pioneered the ideation, development & launch of a cutting-edge Golf Community, consisting of Golf pairing Mobile Applications Time to Play Golf (TTPGolf) on Google & Apple, and separately, Golf Social Network & Golf Vendor Marketplace (TTPGolf.com). I built TTPG LLC's business plan & operating model, including launching a diverse sales channel & monetization strategy (golf members, golf clubs, specialty sporting vendor partnerships & ad revenue/coupon codes). Additionally, I directed comprehensive day-to-day business operations, financial & vendor accounts and assembled the TTPGolf.com website and app development teams for the social network and community for golfers. Notably, I increased the global user base to 9,500+ golfers in a 24-month period (90% US / 10% International) leveraging email, social media & referral marketing. In year two of the business, I intentionally & successfully pivoted from the Golf-Pairing app focus to the build, implementation & monetization of an Online Multi-Vendor Golf Marketplace, forging strategic partnerships & affiliate agreements with 15+ specialty golf companies & 50+ vendor accounts (i.e., Golf Pad, Piretti Putters, and Tru-Roll Golf Putters).
