Full ownership of Human Resources function for 1200 employee organization.

Oversee all Talent Acquisition functions, including development of recruiting strategies and plans, managing recruiting teams, ensuring full utilization of an applicant tracking system· Evaluate, implement and execute on performance management initiatives· Work closely with front line managers on ongoing performance management, goal setting and feedback· Work closely with the training and development team to identify gaps in talent, and develop strategies to train/develop current talent or recruit additional talent· Design and lead succession planning and talent calibration sessions and processes· Lead development and implementation of organizational training needs, including managing of training team members· Develop and deliver training modules when necessary· Lead and manage various HR projects and implementations· Work closely with the VP of HR on overall HR strategies as they relate to talent
