I have written peer-reviewed publications issued through the International Society of Parametric Analysts (ISPA through their Journal of Parametrics and Parametric World, now part of International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association, or ICEAA), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), and the International Council of the Aeronautical Sciences (ICAS). A popular speaker with ISPA/ICEAA, I have addressed those bodies over 15 times. The Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) published my work through their periodical, The Aeronautical Journal. I have addressed the RAeS three times, most recently in an invited evening lecture held on July 2, 2012 at their headquarters in London, UK

Mr. Howarth had a group of up to eight parametric analysts at one time. Mr. Howarth performed parametric analysis for a variety of classified and unclassified programs, many of which were among the most complicated aerospace programs ever devised.
