Blucraft specializes in high-fidelity aerodynamic modeling and simulation. We provide powerful web-based computational tools to the aerospace industry designed for quickly analyzing and optimizing airframe designs. Our computational resources are available through a browser, meaning that small UAV companies can run high-fidelity models without any in-house HPC resources.We also provide consulting services and have worked with some of the most forward-thinking projects in the industry. Flutter analysis on Richard Branson's SpaceShipTwo and WhiteKnightTwo. Supported flight testing on an envelope-expansion powered flight of SpaceShipTwo. Wrote post-processing analysis tools to automate vibrational data reduction and visualize mode trends.Aerodynamicist on Paul Allen's Stratolaunch aircraft (largest aircraft in history by wingspan). Responsible for loads calculations, CFD simulations, control-surface design, engine-placement analysis, elastic deformation modeling, and six-figure subcontract management.Participated in a design study for a future program.

PhD research emphasis: Turbulence modeling.Instructed Aerodynamics and Flight Mechanics courses

Developed a 3D versatile object-oriented doublet-panel potential-flow solver in Fortran for the Wind and Water Energy Department. The code can be used to model the potential flow effects of objects near turbine blades. Such objects can include the tower, nacelle, and surrounding terrain.
