Promoted from consultant to Director with part ownership and full UK accountability.Full P&L responsibility, spending authority and all other financial responsibilities.Single handedly initiated, created and managed a partnership of 18 stakeholders in 6 organisations (Stebro, Mil-Quip, Supacat, MoD, British Army Director Equipment, Cosworth) to trial a new product and deliver a change in requirement.Responsible for all UK activities including all financial, managerial, communications, marketing and personnel management decisions. A niche defence consultancy specialising in military and large body procurement projects for clients from SMEs to FTSE 100 firms.Seized the initiative and successfully pitched and negotiated the win of a project producing a sales demonstrator for BAE Systems BD team at sector specific exhibitions worldwide. Reporting to the senior management for the day-to-day running of the training organisation employing 32 staff to train and mentor 5 batches of 50 recruits at different stages of training. I was graded as the top Captain of 22 in the organisation.Selected to lead the training organisation in the absence of the senior manager. Responsible for all staff, both military and civilian, as well as oversight of all training and accountability for the entire organisation during this period. Identified the need for and initiated an Under-18 Interview Scheme to improve training culture to ensure safeguarding and reduced loss of the vulnerable younger adults from the training programme.

Delivered strategic market analysis of what cities to target for this entrepreneurial hospitality venture.Wrote financial and operational projections for a 4 hostel business to grow to 9 sites after 5 years.Project managed planning, design and rebuild of disused hotel into modern hostel in Lhasa.Conducted multi-language commercial negotiations between Tibetan, Cantonese, Mandarin and English speaking stakeholders.
