Reporting to the senior management for the day-to-day running of the training organisation employing 32 staff to train and mentor 5 batches of 50 recruits at different stages of training. I was graded as the top Captain of 22 in the organisation.Selected to lead the training organisation in the absence of the senior manager. Responsible for all staff, both military and civilian, as well as oversight of all training and accountability for the entire organisation during this period. Tasks: Included quality check for staff reports; management of company funds; managing day-to-day challenges of a 250 man workforce and problem solving in a timely and methodical manner in response to varied and often sensitive situations. Identified the need for and initiated an Under-18 Interview Scheme to improve training culture to ensure safeguarding and reduced loss of the vulnerable younger adults from the training programme.
