I am an apprenticed carpenter. That fact may not sound like much to some, but having worked with the tools gives me a better understanding of the process needed to complete a project. I have a good understanding of people and have an ability to read people. This ability makes it easier for me to satisfy customers and employers as well as get the most production out of subcontractors. I am enrolled in some continuing education. I intend on learning as much as I can. The one thing that nobody can take away from me or anyone else is knowledge. I recently completed a 20 Million dollar project on time and under budget. My sights are set on projects of this size or larger and the more difficult the better. That difficulty only means more challenges. I love to step up and tackle these challenges.Specialties: I have the ability to communicate with people from the work force equally as well as comminicating with developers and owners. There are always several ways to do anything. I let people do things the way they feel most comfortable doing them provided they fit into the schedule and are safe. Leadership to me is letting people do their job with a little direction now and then but total supervision.
