- Assigned as an operations manager of an aviation operations unit, responsible for the development and management of 23 personnel and aviation operations throughout the state of Kansas. - Conducted annual performance evaluations and developmental counseling for all 23 personnel assigned. - Assisted in the planning and execution of critical aviation operations with no safety violations or injuries.- Acted as Company Commander in the absence of my superior officer- Upheld the standard as an Army Aviator by completing annual flight evaluations. - Provided professional development assistance to younger soldiers under my command to ensure they would meet success in both military and civilian careers.
