As VP of Business Operations, I report to the CFO and am responsible for all operational and enablement functions supporting our go-to market teams in sales, CX and marketing. Online Convergence was an angel-backed consumer Internet start-up that provided a subscription-based, online shopping rewards program paired with a weekly sweepstakes. I managed the corporate development function, reporting to the VP of Corporate Development and ultimately the CEO. My responsibilities included partnership/channel development, fundraising support, financial modeling and financial/business analysis, as well as payment processing operations.
