I build revenue-generating entities. I began my career designing, building, and supporting very large computer networks for customers such as Raymond James and Carnival Cruise Lines. In the early 1990s, I worked on the network in the firing room for the space shuttle and worked on the network that takes the pictures on Splash Mountain in Disney World. I supported sales into the 12 largest companies headquartered in Florida in addition to a plethora of smaller engagements.In the late 1990s and early 2000s, I managed a service organization for 3COM in the southeast. I grew the revenue from $26M to $32M in one years time by adding professional services to the portfolio of service offerings. I had full P&L responsibility for the region.Later I created and ran the partnership program for Metaswitch. I build strategic partnerships with Cisco, ADTRAN, Polycom, and Calix to name a few. These partnerships included interoperability testing and go-to-market strategies. I maintained tactical partnerships with over 140 companies.Next, I built a highly successful indirect channel program for Bright House Networks from scratch. I built teams, processes, agent agreements, and the entire salesforce.com process for the indirect agent channel. We achieved 300% of target in the first year and 41% YoY growth in subsequent years.Most recently I have been both a direct sales manager and individual contributor salesperson in the Collaboration, CCaaS, UCaaS and SD-WAN spaces.
