Douglas Dean, Manager of Digital Learning at Monash College, Started his education career teaching in games development from late 2015 through 2019 before moving into a blended learning coordinator role assisting in a wide range of Moodle and compliance projects. Douglas has also had the opportunity to work on various course redevelopment projects working in a team to rebuild various Certificate III through to Diploma, whilst also being allowed the opportunity to work with the Yarra Ranges Tech School to develop gamified learning experiences in VR.In Douglas Dean's current role, he finds the opportunity to work on an innovative new team as part of the Future Skills division at Monash College. This role allows a space to work on and develop a fully interactive learning space for students, professionals and alumni.
