As bar manager I was responsible for opening and closing the venue, serving customers, training and managing staff, logging stock, cleaning and record keeping. The venue hosted a number of diverse, regular events which called for an equally diverse and flexible approach and style when interacting with, and serving patrons, preparing and organizing venue assets, as well as dealing with issues and disruptive behavior.

I held numerous customer service and sales oriented roles during my tenure with Salmat, including QA and team leader positions for projects including Insurance Line, DEEWR and NAB. My responsibilities included:• Managing teams of up to 45 individuals• Holding daily meetings• Quality assurance results• Customer escalations• Coaching /one on ones• Maintaining agent files and payroll data• Implementing performance management, and• Designing and running team events.
