• Implementation of newly acquired companies• Convert existing systems and processes to new systems: WMS, on-boarding, and staff recruiting• Apply change management concepts to ensure user comfort and satisfaction• Familiar with project management ideas, competencies, and skills by handling multiple projects simultaneously and work under strict timeframes and pressure• Train and support site managers and support team in their new roles and responsibilities• Provide continued support after initial training
