- Managed the shipping/receiving of raw hazardous and non-hazardous materials throughout various facility departmental processes- Obtained quotes, coordinated and scheduled shipments for the monthly transportation of $4-$5 million of finished (refined) product through various common carriers, freight corporations, and overseas container services - Managed the check in/out and storage of high-value precious metals in the restricted-access vault through use of an internal database and spreadsheet templates- Administered and completed sampling procedures and storage of high grade materials in vault area - Completed daily inspections and tasks (ordering/restocking supplies) to ensure department operated to maximum efficiency, while adhering to tight deadlines
