Elaborate layout of small hydroelectric plants: positioning of skids; choosing the type of connections for piping/tubing, instrumentation, and industrial equipment in general.Technically responsible for the execution of the project throughout its life cycle (Basic Design / Detail Design / Supply Chain / Erection / Commissioning / Support): reading and interpretation of contracts, execution of pressure losses of the systems by spreadsheets; component selection (BoM); definition of the type of pipe weldings; material type definitions; definition of pressure tests for piping/tubing; technical support to the purchasing, construction, and maintenance sectors.Model and detail mechanical auxiliary systems: cooling system and water shaft sealing; injection and lubrication system for guide and combined bearings (thrust / counter-thrust); servomotor speed regulation system (Kaplan turbine).Technical decision-making during meetings with GE partners and customers: presentation of data relevant to the subject, presentation of the layout by 3D models (Siemens NX / AVEVA E3D) and/or 2D drawings (AutoCAD).Reading and interpretation of drawings and flowcharts.Insert technical specification files, drawings, and models into the PLM ENOVIA system.Participate in the creation of tendering technical specifications: reading and interpretation of contracts, generating documents for bidding on equipment and systems (flowmeter, vibration monitoring, etc).Maintain good communication between stakeholders from different disciplines of the project: scheduling meetings to follow-up of the work status, discussion of good practices, suggestions, and criticisms.Working with global and multidisciplinary teams: communication in English.
