I review the operational efficiency of retail stores along the Gulf Coast and recommend growth tactics and cost controls. Specifically, I analyze buying and merchandising habits, back room organization and processes, and salesmanship practices.

Built a new men’s apparel concept in the Old Historical Downtown District (5000 sq. ft.).Developed the business plan, logo, website, promotions and product mix.Opened accounts with over 75 vendors to create an individualized assortment to appeal to a diverse clientele base. Achieved a 20% sales increase yearly and maintained clientele internationally.

Opened BBBY stores in Memphis, TN and several other cities in Texas. Store manager of Meyerland Plaza, Houston, TX for 5 years (55,000 sq. ft.).Led a staff of 90 crew members and achieved $12M annual sales, the highest sales volume store in Texas (from “C” volume to “A” volume). Trained 90 regional stores for all new corporate initiatives including process improvement, workload calendar and time management.
