I am a Partner and Director at the Boston Consulting Group, and lead BCG's client work with financial institutions on the topic of sustainable finance and investing. I work with our firm's largest banking and insurance clients to improve their total societal impact by leveraging their core business capabilities. I ensure that positive social and environmental impact results in better financials, and that companies receive credit from the capital markets. I work with corporate and investment banks to build and grow sustainable finance across multiple product areas and sectors, including climate transition finance. I also support investors and wealth managers to build sustainable investing strategies and capabilities, with a focus on ensuring material environmental, social, and governance factors are fully integrated into investment processes across all asset classes.

In my prior role I was the Global Leader of BCG's Economic Development Topic Area, and the creator of BCG's Sustainable Economic Development Assessment. I have worked with clients across Asia, the Mid East, Africa, Europe and North America. My expertise and experience revolves around economic and socio economic development, and in particular the relationship among government, the private sector, and civil society to improve nations, regions, and cities. Experience includes:Economic and socio - economic development strategies: I advise national, regional and city government leadership on their opportunities and challenges to improve the well-being of their constituents through improvements in their economies (e.g. income, jobs, economic stability, economic and financial inclusion) and socio-economic factors (e.g. health, environment, education, infrastructure, governance, civil society). Financial institutions: I have 15 years of experience advising financial institutions, asset managers and private equity in Asia and the Middle East on strategy, due diligence, M&A, post merger integration, and channels optimizationStrategy, organization and effectiveness for foundations and international NGO's: I have advised international NGO's (such as Save the Children and the World Food Program) on topics such as new market entry, program development and effectiveness, partnerships, and organizational build and effectiveness. I have also built and launched new foundations in the Middle East. I have also focused on thinking through mechanisms to ensure governments and civil society better utilize the private sector to solve major social problems in a scalable and sustainable way.

My focus at AT Kearney was on financial institutions, mainly retail banking, credit cards, SME banking, and included topics such as M&A, PMI, risk management, channels optimization, operational excellence. Was head of Hong Kong office in 2002.
