OxFarmToFork is a short, ethical food supply chain designed to benefit both producers and consumers. Currently supplying Oxford University colleges, we aim to expand our reach to schools and hospitals, transforming institutional procurement with our innovative model. All suppliers have an agro-ecological and ethical focus.I have been continuously refining the supply chain and back office processes as well as leading the development of all of the tech on which the initiative runs.

Built web apps to help businesses use AI in an understandable way that fit into their existing workflows.Applications focused on automating processes to increase efficiency.

Key roles and activities:Product Design: JENGU Hand Wash Station• Worked in a small team to design a robust and cost effective hand wash station now used in refugee camps around the world.• Held stakeholder meetings with academics from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and members of the British Red Cross to understand the particular needs in crisis situations.FEA Engineering• Built a detailed model of a nuclear waste container in LS-DYNA based off current designs, initialised and tested it in a variety of scenarios to determine its safety.• Presented regular updates to the client.
