Wrote the policy and made the necessary conversions to complete and document the process. Improved the risk reporting system by implementing more standardized reporting measures and analytics.Work with the Credit Committee to analyze delinquent loans as well as participate with the charge-off decision making.Responsible for a $100 million dollar investment portfolio. This includes: purchase decisions and rationale as well as maintaining adequate documentation for investment decisions as well as updating and monitoring the investment policy.Liquidity Management. This includes monthly cashflow forecasts, quarterly Contingency Funding documentation as well as documenting monthly collateral availability.

Responsible for all of the reporting functions of the investment process. In a recent credit union publication the portfolio was rated in the top 50 of the country for performance.

Responsible for establishing analytical platform which included interest rate risk projections, balance sheet and ratio analysis as well as investment portfolio analyses for the Financial Strategies Group. The mission for the group was to develop the appropriate strategies to improve customer performance.

Created the Investment Portfolio and Ratio Analysis for Financial Strategies Group. Supported twenty sales representatives who generated between $500 thousand and $2 million in gross commission. The analytical platform helped grow the sales department by twenty-five percent.
