Liaison for enhancing the overall customer experience with the desire for excellence. Assessed customers’ needs and expectations through a direct approach involving an online management system. Responded to customers’ email inquires and requests. Assisted when needed on an internal assist line with escalated customer situations.

Assessed and evaluated several areas of student development including supervision and evaluation, fiscal management, and student life policies. Coordinated multiple facets of “Freshmen Move-in Day” for 600 first-year students including volunteer placement of 100 upperclassmen student leaders, traffic management, and enhanced the overall morale.

Recruited prospective students through college fairs, open houses, tours and other marketing initiatives. Built and marketed the student Ambassador program through training initiatives. Conducted screening, hiring, interview, disciplinary and termination processes. Managed and coordinated the daily tasks and goals of 31 student Ambassadors.
