Post-acquisition of CTB/McGraw-Hill, my efforts were primarily dedicated to the print procurement of all contractual deliverables for the shelf and diocese contract base. These activities included monitoring of critical events and financial performance, ensuring product conformity, cost containment and resolving any vendor non-conformance issues. Closely collaborated with IT in development of new ERP and inventory management systems and served in a UAT capacity. Additionally, facilitated the transition of all acquired inventory to a new warehouse location under an extremely tight deadline and the subsequent re-branding of these materials. Ultimately transitioned role, responsibilities and job functions to headquarters in MN, which necessitated creation of process/systems documentation and subsequent training of departmental personnel. • Ahead of a critical deadline, enabled the company to take physical ownership of 1,300 SKUs valued at $3M, allowing on-site warehouse management to a primary revenue stream.• Authored system documents and conducted MS Dynamics training for seamless delivery and transition of knowledge and procurement responsibilities to colleagues utilizing verbal and written communication skills.

My efforts here centered on cross-functional collaboration with program management, publishing group supervision and suppliers to meet timelines, product and customer requirements for each contract.
