Take all over the counter requests for transcripts and process them within a few minutes in most cases. Use Datatel to pull up student information and process the transcript requests. Help students with any other questions they may have and refer them to the correct office that can assist them further if need be. Protect student information and always adhere to FERPA.

Started part time as a driver while I looked for other work but ended up making a career of it. Spent the last 3 years as the general manager of the Copperas Cove, TX store. I was in charge of personnel and staffing for the store; meeting company, food safety, and OSHA standards; local store marketing; ensuring a qulaity product and great customer service; ordering food and other supplies for the store; keeping the store budget; reviewing profit and loss numbers and preparing a monthly report to the director of operations for the area; and many more things. All three years the store was a million dollar store and it was the first time that store had reached that level. I managed 30 employees and was responcible for staffing my store and building my team. Won the area wide strive for perfection contest in 2008 for meeting and exceeding company standards for product and cleanliness.

Enforced state regulations on companies found in noncompliance with state hazardous waste regulations. Drafted notices of violation and compiled corrective action plans to bring violators back into compliance. Issued fines in accordance with state regulations. Maintained files and database on cases that were assigned to me. Prepared and presented summaries of current case to managers, inspectors, violators, and attorneys. Kept in contact with the violators and inspectors to make sure the violators were complying. Worked with the department of law to build cases and to enter into negotiations with violators.
